  • ✓ Explain the challenge and demonstrate tools
  • ✓ Enforce safety rules and answer operational questions
  • ✓ Ask guiding questions and help teams recover
  • ✓ Observe collaboration and lead reflection

Inclusive participation

No classroom pressure. Useful learning still happens.

Participants are not expected to memorise terminology or prove technical competence. They learn by trying, discussing, building, testing and reflecting together.

  • No formal exam
  • No AI experience required
  • No public individual ranking
  • Different roles for different strengths
  • Facilitator support throughout

Team Building versus Formal Training

Both are valuable. The best choice depends on whether your immediate priority is the team experience or defined learning outcomes.

Recognition

Celebrate contribution, not only technical speed.

Optional participation certificates, digital badges, team achievement certificates and winning-team records can recognise involvement and inclusive contribution.

Team-building participation recognition confirms involvement in the event. It does not certify professional competency unless a separate assessment programme has been explicitly included.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers for your team

Do participants need AI, coding or robotics experience?

No. Activities introduce only the knowledge required for the selected challenge. Any specific prerequisite is stated clearly before booking.

No. Robotics is one option within a wider catalogue that includes innovation sprints, assistant-building challenges, verification activities, simulations and responsible AI games.

Can non-technical employees participate?

Yes. The programmes include varied roles so participants can contribute through planning, building, research, creativity, testing, communication and presentation.

Can you deliver a full-day event?

Yes. Half-day, full-day, short energiser, two-day and custom formats may be configured depending on the activity.

Are certificates included?

Optional participation certificates or team-recognition records may be included. These confirm participation and do not represent a professional competency credential unless a separate assessment programme is agreed.

Can the event be held outside Singapore?

Yes, subject to venue, equipment, logistics, facilitator availability, travel approval and a confirmed quotation.
