Document hierarchyA signed proposal, order or service-specific agreement may contain additional terms. Where it expressly differs, that document controls for the relevant service.
01

Lawful use

Services must not be used to create, store, distribute or facilitate unlawful content or activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, threats, exploitation or material that violates another party’s rights.

Customers must comply with Singapore law and any law that lawfully applies to their activity or audience.

02

Security and network abuse

Prohibited activity includes unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation, malware, phishing, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, botnets, port scanning without permission and attempts to evade controls.

A customer must promptly secure compromised systems and cooperate with reasonable investigation and remediation requests.

03

Email and messaging

Spam, address harvesting, deceptive messages and operation of an open relay are prohibited. Messaging must comply with our Anti-spam Policy, the Singapore Spam Control Act and applicable PDPA Do Not Call provisions.

04

Resource use

Shared and autoscaling services are for normal website and application workloads. They must not be used primarily as remote file storage, a public download mirror, cryptocurrency miner, game server, proxy, peer-to-peer node or unattended daemon unless expressly permitted.

Activity affecting stability may be rate-limited, isolated or moved to a suitable service. Published product limits and fair-use controls apply.

05

Content and intellectual property

Customers must have the rights required to publish software, media, trademarks and content. Pirated software, illegal distribution and deliberate infringement are prohibited.

06

Resellers and end users

Resellers must provide this policy or equally protective terms to end users, maintain accurate customer records, investigate complaints and act promptly when we report abuse.

07

Investigation and enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse and preserve or disclose information where lawfully required. Action may include notice, content restriction, rate limiting, isolation, suspension or termination.

Immediate action may be taken for malware, phishing, attacks, child exploitation material, credible threats or another serious risk. Fees are not refunded where termination results from a material policy breach.

08

Reporting abuse

Send abuse reports to abuse@webzfusion.com with the affected hostname, URLs, timestamps, evidence and contact details. We may request more information to verify and investigate.
