Applied AI terms

Responsible terms for AI consulting, automation and agents.

These terms apply to AI consulting, business audits, workflow automation, agents, implementation and related applied AI services. They supplement an accepted proposal, statement of work, order and the Web Services Terms.

Document hierarchyA signed proposal, order or service-specific agreement may contain additional terms. Where it expressly differs, that document controls for the relevant service.
01

Scope and service documents

The accepted proposal or order defines the outcome, systems, integrations, milestones, responsibilities, assumptions and exclusions. Where it expressly differs from these general terms, the accepted service document controls.

Discovery findings and recommendations reflect the information, access and technology available during the engagement. New requirements, integrations or risks may require a change request.

02

AI limitations and human review

AI systems may produce incomplete, outdated, biased, inconsistent or incorrect output. Probabilistic output is not a verified fact merely because it is fluent or repeated.

The client must maintain appropriate human review, testing, approval and escalation before relying on output, communicating it externally or using it in a decision. AI output is not legal, financial, medical, employment or other regulated professional advice.

03

Client data and instructions

The client must have authority and a lawful basis for data, content and instructions supplied for processing. Sensitive, confidential or regulated data must not be submitted unless the agreed solution, security controls and service provider terms expressly support it.

The client must identify prohibited data, regulated workflows, decision impacts, retention requirements and internal approval boundaries before deployment.

04

Third-party models and services

AI models, APIs, cloud services and integrations are operated by independent providers whose terms, availability, regions, pricing, limits and behaviour may change. Webz Fusion does not control those changes.

A provider change may require reconfiguration, additional fees, a revised workflow or suspension of affected functionality. The client must maintain any accounts, licences and acceptable-use compliance allocated to it.

05

Testing, monitoring and change

Acceptance criteria and testing environments are defined in the service documents. Unless managed monitoring is included, the client is responsible for reviewing production behaviour, permissions, logs, costs and downstream actions after handover.

Models and connected systems can change without code changes. Material production use should include proportionate monitoring, fallback procedures, access controls and a method to stop automated actions.

06

Ownership and permitted use

Ownership and licences for bespoke deliverables follow the accepted service documents and Web Services Terms. Webz Fusion retains pre-existing methods, reusable components, evaluation frameworks and know-how.

Third-party models, generated material and open-source components remain subject to their applicable rights and restrictions. Neither party guarantees that unreviewed generated output is exclusive or free from third-party claims.

07

Prohibited and high-risk uses

The service must not be used for unlawful surveillance, deception, impersonation without authority, harmful content, discrimination, rights violations, unauthorised scraping, security attacks or decisions that unlawfully deny a person an opportunity or service.

High-impact workflows require explicit scoping, suitable expertise, documented human oversight and compliance review. Webz Fusion may refuse or suspend work presenting an unacceptable legal, safety, security or reputational risk.

08

Outcomes and liability

No particular saving, revenue, ranking, accuracy, adoption or business outcome is guaranteed unless an accepted document states a measurable commitment and remedy.

Liability, confidentiality, termination and Singapore law are governed by the accepted service documents and Web Services Terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
