Document hierarchyA signed proposal, order or service-specific agreement may contain additional terms. Where it expressly differs, that document controls for the relevant service.
01

Permission and responsible sending

Senders must have a lawful basis and appropriate permission for commercial messages. Purchased, scraped, harvested or randomly generated address lists must not be used.

Messages must be relevant to the recipient’s relationship and must not use deceptive identities, subjects, domains, routing information or content.

02

Singapore requirements

Messages with a Singapore link must comply with the Spam Control Act 2007 and applicable PDPA Do Not Call provisions, including required identification, accurate sender details, advertising labels and a clear, functional unsubscribe facility.

Marketing calls and messages to Singapore telephone numbers must respect the relevant Do Not Call Register unless clear consent or another exception permits the message.

03

Opt-out handling

Every marketing email must include an easy unsubscribe method. Requests must be honoured promptly and no later than required by law. Marketing to a Singapore telephone number must stop within the applicable PDPA period after an opt-out.

Unsubscribe facilities must remain functional for the legally required period. Suppression records may be retained to prevent further marketing.

04

Prohibited practices

Prohibited activity includes address harvesting, dictionary attacks, list washing designed to evade consent, open relays, forged headers, phishing, malware distribution, repeated sending after opt-out and sending that generates excessive complaints or bounces.

05

Customers, resellers and affiliates

Customers and resellers are responsible for users operating through their accounts. Affiliates and contractors may promote Webz Fusion only through approved, lawful methods and must keep evidence of consent where required.

06

Monitoring and enforcement

We may investigate complaints, review relevant delivery records, restrict sending, require remediation, suspend a service or terminate an account. Serious or repeated abuse may be reported to providers or authorities.

A customer is responsible for reasonable investigation costs or third-party charges caused by a material breach where the contract permits them.

07

Report spam

Send reports to abuse@webzfusion.com with complete message headers, message body, sending address, date and other useful evidence. We will use the information to investigate and protect the service.
