Document hierarchyA signed proposal, order or service-specific agreement may contain additional terms. Where it expressly differs, that document controls for the relevant service.
01

Acceptance and updates

By accessing this website or using an online service provided by Webz Fusion, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or service.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or legal obligations. The updated version takes effect when published, unless a later date is stated.

02

Eligibility and lawful use

You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you use the website for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it without permission, impersonate another person or transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading material.

03

Accounts and security

Where an account is required, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our breach of duty.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, data or legal rights.

04

Content and intellectual property

The website, branding, text, graphics, code and other materials are owned by Webz Fusion or used under licence. You receive a limited, revocable right to view and use them for their intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our materials without written permission, except where the law expressly permits it.

05

Information you submit

You confirm that information and materials you send are accurate, lawful and do not infringe another party’s rights. You grant us the rights reasonably required to review your enquiry and provide the requested service.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice.

06

Third-party services

Our website may link to third-party websites, payment services, registrars or platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link does not mean we control or endorse every aspect of that service.

07

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an as-available basis. General website content is not professional, legal or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webz Fusion is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of the public website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08

Suspension, law and contact

We may suspend or end access for a material breach, unlawful conduct or a security risk. Provisions intended to survive termination continue to apply.

These terms are governed by Singapore law and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore, after the parties first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter.
