Bookings and authority
A booking is confirmed only after required payment or written proposal acceptance and our confirmation. A person booking for an organisation confirms authority to accept the applicable terms and participant responsibilities.
Published dates, language, duration, delivery format, inclusions and prerequisites form part of the booking. Corporate scope, capacity, location and commercial terms are confirmed in the accepted proposal.
Participants and substitutions
Participants must provide accurate contact information, meet any published prerequisite and behave respectfully. A substitute may attend only with reasonable advance notice, subject to eligibility, capacity, security and credential requirements.
Participants must not share private joining links, disrupt delivery, record others without permission, infringe rights or introduce confidential client data into an exercise unless expressly authorised.
Scheduling, cancellation and no-shows
Customer cancellation, transfer and refund eligibility follows the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy and any terms shown at booking. Failure to attend does not automatically create a refund or credit.
We may reschedule, change a facilitator, adjust a non-material activity or cancel where delivery is prevented or impracticable. If we cancel without a suitable replacement, the remedy is a refund of the affected fee or an agreed credit, except where a force-majeure provision lawfully applies.
Online and on-site delivery
Participants are responsible for a suitable device, connectivity, accounts and environment for online delivery. On-site clients must provide the agreed venue, access, safety, connectivity, equipment and participant coordination.
Travel, accommodation, freight, venue, catering, equipment, robotics kits, permits and specialist facilitator expenses are chargeable when stated in the proposal. Capacity for robotics formats depends on available kits, facilitators and safe operating space.
Materials and recordings
Academy slides, exercises, templates, recordings, methods and course materials are licensed to registered participants for personal learning and authorised internal use. They must not be resold, publicly distributed, used to train a competing product or used to deliver a competing course without written permission.
A session is recorded only where announced and appropriate permissions are in place. Participants may not record another person, private discussion or screen without permission.
Assessment and credentials
Attendance does not automatically demonstrate competency. Each participation, completion, applied competency or pathway credential has its own attendance, work and assessment requirements.
Webz Fusion may withhold or revoke a credential for unmet requirements, plagiarism, falsified identity or work, misconduct, an administrative error or a material breach. Verification records show the credential’s current status.
Independent credential status
Webz Fusion Applied AI Academy credentials are independent private professional-development records. They are not WSQ qualifications, SkillsFuture-funded awards, university qualifications or government-accredited credentials unless a specific programme expressly and verifiably states otherwise.
A client or participant must not misrepresent the credential, award basis, level or accreditation status.
AI tools, safety and results
Exercises may use third-party AI services with their own terms and privacy practices. Participants must follow facilitator instructions, protect credentials, use appropriate data and verify generated output.
Training supports capability development but does not guarantee employment, promotion, revenue, certification, tool availability or a particular business result.
Corporate confidentiality and law
Private programme information is treated according to the accepted proposal and any signed confidentiality agreement. Participants remain responsible for not disclosing their employer’s confidential information in group settings.
These terms are governed by Singapore law. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution before referring a dispute to the Singapore courts.
