Orders and account information
The customer must provide accurate account, registrant and billing information and keep it current. We may require identity or authority verification before provisioning, transferring or changing a service.
Products may depend on third-party registries, certificate authorities, data centres and software providers. Their applicable rules also form part of the service conditions.
Domain registration and availability
A domain search or order does not guarantee registration. A domain is secured only after the relevant registry confirms it. If registration cannot be completed, the registration charge will be refunded or credited.
Successfully registered, renewed or transferred domains are generally non-refundable because the registry action cannot be reversed. The registrant is responsible for spelling, eligibility and lawful use.
Renewal, expiry and redemption
Renewal notices are sent as a courtesy. The registrant remains responsible for renewing on time and maintaining a valid payment method and contact address.
An expired domain may stop resolving and enter grace or redemption stages controlled by the registry. Recovery is not guaranteed, additional fees may apply and the domain may ultimately be released to another party.
Hosting use and resources
Services may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Plans described as unlimited remain subject to fair use, platform integrity and the normal resource profile of the service.
If usage materially affects other customers or stability, we may ask the customer to optimise, upgrade, reduce usage or move to a more suitable service.
Security and customer content
The customer is responsible for credentials, application updates not included in a managed service, and the legality and accuracy of hosted content. Compromised accounts, vulnerable software and abuse reports must be addressed promptly.
We may take proportionate protective action, including isolation or temporary suspension, where a service creates an immediate security, legal or operational risk.
Backups, migrations and availability
Backup, migration, monitoring and availability features vary by product and are described in the order. Customers should maintain independent copies of critical data unless a managed commitment expressly says otherwise.
Maintenance, upstream failures, attacks and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Any service credit is limited to the written service level for the product.
Fees, billing and refunds
Charges, cycles and renewal prices are shown at order or renewal. Services may renew automatically when enabled. The customer must cancel before the next billing date to prevent a new renewal charge.
Setup, domain, certificate, licence, migration and other consumed third-party charges are non-refundable once supplied. Other refund rights are stated with the product or required by law.
Reseller accounts
A reseller is responsible for its customers’ compliance, support relationship, content and account activity. A breach by an end customer may be treated as a breach by the reseller if prompt corrective action is not taken.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, abuse, security risk or a binding request from a competent authority. Where practical and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.
Data may be deleted according to the service lifecycle after termination. Customers must export required data before cancellation or expiry.
Liability and Singapore law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webz Fusion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by customer content or credentials, or failure of an independent registry or provider. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
These terms are governed by Singapore law and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.
