01

What these technologies do

Cookies and browser storage are small records used to operate a site, preserve a choice, protect a form, maintain a session or understand permitted usage. Similar identifiers may be used by integrated providers.

The exact technologies may change as security, analytics and site features evolve. Analytics behaviour follows the centrally configured visitor-region policy described below.

02

Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies support security, sessions, load balancing, form protection, payment flow, language choice, theme choice, consent records and other requested functionality. Disabling them in the browser may prevent parts of the site from working.

These technologies are not used to create optional advertising profiles merely because they are necessary for service operation.

03

Preferences

Preference storage may remember language, light or dark theme, notification state and similar choices so they do not need to be selected on every visit.

Removing browser storage resets those choices and may cause the website to ask again.

04

Google Analytics

For Singapore and other configured standard markets, Google Analytics operates without an initial analytics-consent prompt. In consent-required regions it starts with analytics storage denied and may send permitted cookieless measurements until the visitor accepts.

Google acts under its applicable terms and may process information outside Singapore subject to its safeguards. We do not intentionally include form contents, payment details or direct contact information in analytics events.

05

Microsoft Clarity

For Singapore and other configured standard markets, Microsoft Clarity provides interaction measurements, heatmaps and session-replay features without an initial analytics-consent prompt. In consent-required regions it operates in privacy-reduced mode until the visitor accepts. We configure masking and avoid intentionally sending sensitive form information.

A replay is intended to show usability behaviour, not to reveal confidential content. Microsoft’s applicable terms and safeguards govern its processing.

06

Consent and withdrawal

Singapore visitors are not shown an initial analytics-consent popup. Where the configured visitor-region policy requires a choice, analytics storage starts denied, a compact control is shown, and the choice is retained for the configured period. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied by default.

Changing or withdrawing a choice in a consent-required region updates future analytics storage through our central controller. It does not automatically delete records already lawfully processed by an independent provider; applicable privacy request channels remain available.

07

Payments, embeds and external services

Payment providers, booking embeds, videos or other third-party features may use their own necessary storage when opened or used. Their terms and privacy notices apply.

External links do not load the destination service merely because a link appears on our page.

08
