Webz Fusion Applied AI Academy. Practical AI for real work, real systems and measurable outcomes.

Corporate AI Training

Assess first. Train at the right level. Build AI capability that lasts.

We assess how your staff currently frame tasks, write prompts, verify outputs and use AI safely. Then we place people into the right learning level and train around work your organisation genuinely needs to improve.

The placement principle

One company. Different starting points.

01
Baseline assessment

A short practical test of current AI knowledge and judgement.

02
Capability bands

Staff are grouped by demonstrated need, not job title alone.

03
Relevant training

Each cohort learns at the right pace using suitable business tasks.

04
Verified credential

Eligible staff receive the level they actually earned.

Built for different group sizes

From private cohorts to company-wide AI events.

Choose a focused learning pathway or bring a larger audience together. Fixed prices apply to private cohorts; workshops, seminars and custom programmes are scoped through a corporate proposal.

Before training begins

A simple assessment creates a better programme.

The assessment normally takes 20 to 30 minutes. It helps us avoid wasting company time on material employees already know while identifying gaps that could create unreliable work or data risk.

01

Task framing

Can the employee define the outcome, context and constraints?

02

Prompt construction

Can they give AI clear instructions and improve an attempt?

03

Verification

Can they detect unsupported claims, omissions and weak reasoning?

04

Safe usage

Do they recognise privacy, confidentiality and approval boundaries?

05

Applied workflow

Can they turn an output into a useful, reviewable business result?

The assessment is for placement, not punishment.

Individual scores are handled carefully. We agree with the company whether results are shared individually, by capability band or only as an aggregated team profile.

Four capability levels

Training that progresses from confident use to accountable leadership.

A company can book one level, combine levels for different cohorts or build a pathway that develops internal AI champions over time.

Level-appropriate certification

Staff receive the credential they actually earn.

Attendance alone does not automatically prove applied competency. Participation, completion, competency and pathway credentials each have different requirements. Every issued record includes a certificate number, award basis, course version, issue date and public verification status.

Completion requires stated learning work
Applied competency requires reviewed evidence
Pathway credentials require the full sequence

Corporate training FAQ

Clear terms before your team commits.

Practical answers about assessment, delivery, credentials and travel.

Does every employee take the same programme?

No. The baseline assessment identifies different capability bands. We can split the cohort, assign foundation preparation or create role-specific groups so experienced staff are not held back and new users are not overwhelmed.

What does the initial assessment test?

It checks task framing, prompt construction, output verification, privacy judgement and the ability to turn AI output into useful work. It is a practical capability baseline, not a trick exam.

Are the certificates government accredited?

No. Webz Fusion Applied AI Academy credentials are independent private training records. They state the level, course version, award basis and verification status and do not claim WSQ, SkillsFuture or government accreditation.

Are certificates included in the cohort price?

Certificate administration is included in the cohort price. Participants receive the applicable digitally verifiable Webz Fusion Applied AI Academy certificate only when they meet the attendance, practical work and assessment requirements for the selected programme. The certificate type varies by programme. These are independent professional-development credentials and are not WSQ, SkillsFuture-funded or government-accredited qualifications.

What is included in on-site pricing?

Singapore on-site pricing includes trainer delivery at one suitable company venue. Specialist venue hire, paid software, equipment and overseas travel are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.

How are overseas travel costs handled?

The company pays agreed flights, visas, accommodation, local transport and reasonable travel-day costs. These are confirmed in writing before a booking is accepted.

Which format should we choose?

Private cohorts suit up to 12 people who need structured development and credentials. Workshops suit 13 to 50 participants, while seminars and keynotes can reach 50 to 500. We recommend the format after reviewing your audience and intended outcome.

What is the AI Innovation Challenge?

It is a one-day corporate team-building experience where teams learn, build, compete and present AI-powered solutions. It can include an optional VEX robotics and coding challenge when equipment and facilitator capacity are confirmed.
