Information you provide
We collect information entered in forms, proposals, orders, accounts and support conversations, including name, contact and organisation details, requirements, service records and billing information.
Payment card details are generally processed by payment providers. We may receive transaction status, limited account details and references needed for administration and fraud prevention.
Information collected automatically
Our website and services may record IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, referral source, timestamps, security events and cookie or similar identifiers.
Necessary technologies operate and secure the service. Analytics or marketing technologies should be used according to website choices and applicable law.
How information is used
We use information to answer enquiries, plan and deliver work, provide accounts and support, process orders, administer domains and hosting, secure systems, prevent abuse, communicate notices, maintain records and improve services.
Promotional communications are sent only where permitted. Every marketing email should provide a practical way to unsubscribe.
Sharing
We share information only where reasonably necessary with providers involved in infrastructure, domains, certificates, payments, communications, analytics, professional advice and operations, or where law permits or requires it.
If relevant business assets are transferred, information may be included subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements.
International processing
Internet services may operate in multiple countries. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we address applicable transfer requirements and use reasonable contractual or other safeguards.
Security and retention
We use reasonable access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, backups and operational safeguards. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users must also protect credentials and devices.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, contractual administration, disputes, security, accounting or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing, adjust available cookie choices and request access, correction or withdrawal of consent as described in our PDPA Notice. Some service communications cannot be opted out of while the service remains active.
Children and external links
Our business services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly seek personal data from children without appropriate authority. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as practices, services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practicable.
